Holiday News. EasyJet have done it again! When it comes to price they are not the cheapest but when it comes to customer service they are number one for making people unhappy so how on earth does this airline still manage to say viable when they upset a huge majority of customers. This latest shock by EasyJet is nearly so unbelievable we had to double check that it really happened but sadly In2town Holiday Magazine can confirm that EasyJet told a disabled man to get off their plane.
There is a saying the customer is always right but as we all saw on the ITV1 documentary soap on EasyJet the customer was never right even when it was shown they were right but now it does not matter if you are right or wrong, if EasyJet do not like the look of you it seems they just chuck you off the plane as they did with Dr Martin Sabry a 39 year old man who is paralysed from the chest down.

Dr Martin Sabry was flying from London’s Gatwick Airport to Montpellier in France was travelling alone on the EasyJet flight when he was shocked to be asked if he could reach the emergency exit.
'EasyJet Eject Disabled Man' |
Martin, flying from London's Gatwick to Montpellier, France, said: "I explained I am paralysed, I cannot walk."
The EasyJet member of staff then told him he could not fly with the airline and asked him to leave the plane which left Dr Martin Sabry a technology firm boss from Cambridge shocked and upset.
Once off the plane he spoke to an EasyJet manager who apologized to him and explained that it was a mistake.
The EasyJet manager arranged for him to be put on a flight to Toulouse and told the crew to look after him. As an apology they arranged for a taxi to take him 150 miles to Montpellier but Dr Martin Sabry said that is trip was delayed by over 12 hours.
A spokesman for we do not care airline said it was a misunderstanding.
Maybe the misunderstanding is anyone who books with this airline expecting to receive a good service and a journey without problems.
