Holiday News. As reported in In2town Holiday Magazine, EasyJet shocked a disabled man by asking him to leave the plane because he could not reach the emergency exit. Staff at Gatwick Airport has become embarrassed by the EasyJet blunder and are asking for an investigation to take place to stop this from happening again.
EasyJet are known for their lack of customer service but for their latest blunder which resulted in the disabled man feeling embarrassed in front of the other passengers, it is now time that the authorities look into the actions of EasyJet and see what is going wrong with their handling of passengers.

Staff at Gatwick Airport who did not want to be named have said EasyJet have to stop embarrassing Gatwick Airport and need to get their house in order. At a time when the airport is trying to attract passengers and airlines from all over the world, the last thing we want said one Gatwick Airport employee is for silly mistakes to happen.

Dr Martin Sabry who was flying from Gatwick Airport to Montpellier in France took the EasyJet flight but was shocked when he was told he would have to leave the plane because he could not reach the emergency exit. Dr Sabry explained the EasyJet staff that he was disabled and was paralysed and could not walk.
He was told by the EasyJet member of staff that he could not fly with them and was told he would have to leave the aircraft straight away.
Once off the plane Dr Sabry took the matter up with a senior member of staff who apologized for the error and arranged for him to fly to his destination and even arranged for a taxi to take him to Toulouse as a way of apologizing.
