At a time when the airport is trying to attract passengers and airlines from all over the world, the last thing we want said one Gatwick Airport employee is for silly mistakes to happen.

'Gatwick Airport Staff Shocked Of EasyJet Error'

Dr Martin Sabry who was flying from Gatwick Airport to Montpellier in France took the EasyJet flight but was shocked when he was told he would have to leave the plane because he could not reach the emergency exit. Dr Sabry explained the EasyJet staff that he was disabled and was paralysed and could not walk.

He was told by the EasyJet member of staff that he could not fly with them and was told he would have to leave the aircraft straight away.

Once off the plane Dr Sabry took the matter up with a senior member of staff who apologized for the error and arranged for him to fly to his destination and even arranged for a taxi to take him to Toulouse as a way of apologizing.
